It is a priority airport service that helps passengers skip long queues at immigration, security, or transit. Our staff will meet you at the gate with a name sign, assist with procedures, and escort you through the priority lane.
At which airports is the service available?
Fast Track is available at all major international airports in Vietnam: Noi Bai (Hanoi), Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City), Da Nang, Phu Quoc…
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 12–24 hours before your flight to ensure arrangement. In urgent cases, same-day bookings may still be supported depending on your flight details.

How can I pay, and is it secure?

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Please notify us as soon as you know your flight is delayed. Our team will reschedule the service accordingly. If we are not informed in advance, service may be affected and additional charges could apply.

Yes. Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours before service time are fully refundable. For last-minute cancellations, partial fees may apply.
How much does the service cost?

How will I recognize the staff at the airport?
